FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION IS DUE MAY 05, 2020 

The 38th Electrical Insulation Conference (EIC) will be a virtual event. The conference will include audio-visual presentations from accepted papers and a blog where questions can be posted, and authors will be able to respond and interact with attendees. The portal of the conference will be open for two consecutive weeks for presenters and for regular attendees. Paper presented in the virtual event will be published in IEEE Xplore.  We encourage authors to comply with the deadline of submission of the final revision of your paper. VIRTUAL CONFERENCE INSTRUCTIONS

We are preparing a set of instructions for the authors attending and participating in the EIC 2020 virtual event. Please stay tuned for more information.

IEEE copyright form is required for all submitted papers. Authors must pay their registration fee in full for their papers to be published in the Conference Proceedings. Papers must be presented at the Conference in order to be considered for placement on IEEE Xplore.
